Photo Contest
We’re having a contest for the best photos that show our water bottles in use. Send us your best shots of your hiking / fishing / skiing / boarding / paddling / dogsledding / whatever adventures that feature Rainforest water bottles for a chance to win these prizes:

Rules
Maximum [five] submissions per person.Amateur photographers only, and only digital submissions will be accepted.
RAINFOREST reserves the right to withhold photographs or edit text wherever the content is deemed inappropriate.
Send photos as jpeg files to photo-contest@rainforestbottles.com. All submissions must be received by October 1, 2012. Digital files should not exceed 500 pixels wide for a horizontal image or 500 pixels tall for a vertical image, and no larger than 1MB (1,024 KB). Content alteration of digital files is not acceptable; tonal or colour corrections are acceptable, including black and white conversion.
Entries must include feature one or more Rainforest water bottles and include a 50-word caption identifying the location featured in the photograph and describing what inspired the moment. Model releases are the responsibility of the entrant and must be available in the event the photograph is chosen as a winner. Winning entrants must sign a waiver declaring that the photograph has not been previously published. Each entry must include entrant’'s name, email and location of the image. Entries not meeting these requirements will not be eligible for judging. All entries become property of Rainforest and are subject to use according to our discretion.

To enter and be eligible to win, you must be 18 years or older and not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family of, or cohabitant with an employee of Rainforest.Disclaimers
In the event that a prize winner does not accept any part of the prizes, no cash equivalent or future redeemable certificate(s) will be issued to the prize winner. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable or convertible to cash and are not for resale.
Responsibility
No responsibility will be taken for any lost, damaged or delayed entry due to failure of the website during the promotion or for any problems or technical malfunction of computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software and failure of any e-mail or online entry submitted for this contest. Likewise, no responsibility will be taken for technical problems or traffic congestion on the web or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this promotion. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, forgot, falsified, altered, tampered with in any way or in violation of the contest rules.By participating in this contest, entrants accept and agree to:
